Warm welcome at reception, room was perfect, very comfortable, clean and extra pillow in wardrobe. Breakfast was included in price.

All in all a good stay at a charming, well maintained hotel located in an old town building near Centre Gare . Room was clean and friendly staff at the reception. I really liked still having real Keys to the rooms instead of keycards, which is actually unusual nowadays. Breakfast simple but alright. Unfortunately, the wifi did not work anymore from Saturday on.

Wasnt worth the amount of money that I paid, we were given a room where there was no lock in the bathroom and a strong smell kept on coming from there. The staff was good, undoubtedly but the quality was not worth for the amount that I paid. I made a profile thinking that I would continue with accor but m worried if it actually would be worth it going further.

This ibis style has high standards. Many ibis styles don’t have a prope desk but this one has it. Wifi is working well, my room was spacious, clean, the room design is also nice and it is very close to the station. The negative point : the check in was too slow. There were 8 customers queuing. They should have 2 receptionists at peak times, right after TGV arrivals.

I’ve been there for one night, staff was kind, helpful directory, efficient, the room was fine and clean, the location was very convenient at a walking distance to everything.

Hotel is very good located and we could explore the city by foot. Staff is extremelly friendly. Rooms are rather small but functional and clean.

– good location – we stayed on a Sunday so had free parking next to hotel – friendly reception people to begin with – the receptionist at night didn’t even acknowledge people coming in or say hello – nice building – room was nice, small but clean – service: we had to ask twice to get bath towels, we had to go pick them up from reception and were given 2 extra little towels, not even bath towels – breakfast: small choice, apparently due to corona measures – ok, can relate to that – but no cutlery, no knives to use for example is not due to corona – poor service, it seems they were understaffed -> not a good way to treat your staff and not your guests really – guests are making the effort come back to hotels, this will put them off again I’m afraid
